Chris has been involved in website design & development since the 90s, and still proudly shows off a floppy disk containing entire website deployments.
An early supporter of web standards and accessibility, he encountered and quickly embraced the emerging discipline of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and fell in love with generating real business benefits from company websites.
In a career which has taken in developing SEO, PPC, Affiliate & Display strategies for some of the worlds largest companies - including Aggreko, British Airways, Hilton Hotels, Debenhams, T-Mobile & the BBC - Chris developed an appreciation of the powerful impact a cross-discipline search marketing strategy can have on bottom line profits for his clients.
By founding QueryClick Search Engine Marketing in 2008, Chris was finally able to deliver a truly ROI-focussed service for his clients, serving the market for truly expert search marketing strategies, delivered by the experts behind it, and not farmed out to poorly trained junior account managers.
